blueberry, marionberry, cocoa and white pepper swirl in the glass. Juicy palate
with just enough spice. Elegant.
Shea Wine Cellars Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Or. 2018 Balanced depth and breadth achieving a
delightful linger. Red fruit, tea spice, and gentle earthy notes.
Efeste, Big Papa, Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley, Wa 2020 This is a rich and polished ideal 100%
Cabernet Sauvignon that is complex with notes of black pepper and blackberries
with round and medium tannins which make a voluptuous mouthfeel.
Psychedelic Syrah, Sleight of Hand Cellars, Walla Walla, Wa. 2020 Limited quantities. Explosive compote
and blackberry reduction, savory, Provence and peppercorn spice, dusty nose, luxurious evolving finish.

Rosso di Montalcino, Valdicava, Rosso di Montalcino, Italy. 2020. Black cherry, balsamic, violets,
bone dry, medium acidity, silky and elegant finish. A sangiovese that reminds us that not all rossos are
created equal. 100% Sangiovese.

flavors. Blend of 80% cabernet sauvignon, 16% merlot and 4% syrah.
